Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at LuxeFermoir. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, Here is the solution for you to resolve your concerns.

Returns or Exchanges

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  

You must contact us in an email to customer service at support@luxefermoir.com as you wish to return a product with legitimate reasons, and to begin the return process. Do not return the products until you have gotten our affirmation of your return. 

LuxeFermoir will not issue a refund for any product returned to us without our confirmation.

We unequivocally suggest including the tracking number with your returned products so that you can ensure their safe delivery and receipt. Prior to receipt by our warehouse, we accept no responsibility for items lost in the postal system during delivery.

 

A $9.95 shipping fee applies to all standard returns. If the item is not returned in original packaging nor fit for resale, the restocking fee may be higher at the discretion of the Returns Department.

 

Refunds

Returned products are examined by our Quality Affirmation Group, once our team has approved and the shipping warehouse has confirmed receipt of the returned items, we will issue a refund for said items, in the same method in which the original payment was made. (For instance, if the order was paid for by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card.)

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by LuxeFermoir. Failure to pay customs charge may result in the destruction of your order by customs, meaning you will receive a refund of up to 50%.
